In Praz-sur-Arly

There are plenty of local eateries in the centre of Praz-sur-Arly, offering comprehensive menus of traditional local cuisine. Specialties include galettes (savoury pancakes) and regional dishes such as raclette, tartiflette and fondue. The range of patisserie and ice cream sundaes at many local restaurants mean you should DEFINITELY leave room for dessert!

Pizza Mountain is also a favourite with families of all ages – and their takeaway service is particularly handy after a long day out!

Our favourite mountain restaurants

K-Bane

Situated right on the bottom of the piste, serving hot dogs, paninis, salads, soups and more, K-Bane is one of our favourite spots on the mountain. It’s perfect for pre-ski coffees and pancakes, calorie-laden lunches for hungry skiers and apres-ski treats like hot chocolate (or something stronger!). It’s also a great spot for any non-skiers to set up camp and watch the action or for parents keeping an eye on the little ones in ski-school. Open winter and summer.

Le Serasson

Another family favourite, Le Serasson is situated at the top of the first Praz-sur-Arly chairlift. It serves traditional local dishes and all the ski-resort favourites, like hearty portions of tartiflette and goats cheese salad, with plenty of chips. This is the perfect place to stop for lunch or a quick drink during a hard day’s skiing. Open only in the winter.
